  • NZ Diploma in Professional Coaching

  • CHW4 Mental Health and Addiction

  • Advanced NLP

  • Hypnotherapy.

During my education and career, I was always fascinated by the idea of "human behaviour". What makes people do what they do? What are the real motives and deep underlying causes for behaviour patterns especially in a business setting? And how can I employ that knowledge to increase the individuals' performance to its highest possible level. And how can I reduce the waste in all business resources to create highly productive and happy businesses and communities.

In the business context, I am very passionate about project management, research, analysing and troubleshooting.

In the community context, I am very passionate about Cultural intelligence (CQ), Emotional intelligence (EQ), inclusiveness, and youth wellbeing, which in the deep layers helps prevent suicide  and addiction, which is something I am very concerned about and would love to help prevention efforts to achieve this.

That is why I have chosen a business model that enables me to use my skills and knowledge and to fulfil all these passions together.

The Personal Side

I came to New Zealand in 2006 with my ex-husband and son, which meant I had to give up my career as a lawyer. To adapt, keep myself productive and find my passion, I studied, worked and started new businesses in different industries and now I have my coaching business and live happily with my boys.

I believe that my mission and purpose in life is to "experience, search, learn, then teach" and that has been the theme of my entire life without me even realising.

I love to talk about my vulnerabilities as much as other people would love to talk about their strengths, because I believe that that might be more empowering to someone who feels lonely and stuck, encouraging them to ask for help.

Some of my strengths, including the traumas I worked through: â€‹

  • When I was 5 I went through severe trauma that my subconscious blocked but I lived with its emotional impact

  • I was bullied at school at different stages both physically and emotionally from peers and teachers to the point where I was completely numb

  • I went through a long and overwhelming divorce process

  • I was not diagnosed but I believed I had some of the borderline personality disorder traits to some degree as a trauma response. I self-diagnosed and went through my own healing journey, which has been a great experience

  • I had 9 surgeries, big and small

  • I moved 13 houses and migrated to a new country during my marriage which are considered clinically depressing experiences

  • I was betrayed and went through abusive relationships at different levels

  • Car crashes

  • Chronic pain

  • I went through some spiritual experiences, which people give different names

  • I had hard pregnancies, miscarriages and post-natal, and chronic depression away from any family support

  • I was migrated to a country of different culture and language away of my family and friends

  • Language barrier, as I came to NZ barely speaking any English

  • I tried many therapies myself like psychology, coaching, counselling, Hakomi therapy, craniosacral, reiki, body and emotional code, negative energies release work, psychic mediums session, osteopathy and learn from them all.

All of these experiences helped me to be a resourceful and persistent individual who believes anything is possible and there is no one approach that applies to everyone because we all are unique individuals. Our uniqueness is a result of complicated interactions at our physical, mental, spiritual, environmental and even energetic levels, therefore, to solve a problem at one level we have to look holistically at the full picture.
