I was extremely obsessed with this idea whenever I worked in a leadership position. " If we increase workforce productivity and happiness, that means more profitable businesses, less waste, less poverty, better economy, better mental health, and less pressure on non-for-profit organisations and some concerned government departments. that also means better budget for innovative projects especially the ones that are designed to attract and engage our future generations". I always dreamed of Taranaki to be the role model when it comes to the above scenario.

That was the inspiration behind my business idea, which is employing my skills to help increasing workforce productivity while also supporting individuals' health and wellbeing throughout the process.
